Yemi Laja operates across three entirely distinct professional identities: a performing artist with an active live event calendar, a transformational coach running structured programmes, and a Global Talent Visa consultant supporting high-achieving professionals seeking UK endorsement. She had no single digital home capable of representing all three, no system for capturing leads from visitors, and no automation to handle the volume of enquiries and event registrations her profile was generating. Everything was managed manually.

What Outhbox built

Outhbox designed and developed a full multi-section website at yemilaja.co.uk that consolidates all three professional dimensions into one coherent platform. The site includes a music and media portfolio, event pages with registration functionality, coaching and programme discovery pages, and a dedicated Global Talent Visa consultation section. Alongside the website, Outhbox built an automated lead management system. Visitors who express interest — whether through an event registration, a coaching enquiry, or a visa consultation request — are captured, tagged by intent, and entered into automated email sequences appropriate to their journey.
