The challenge
Temitope Aina is a classical pianist whose work bridges European classical tradition and African musical heritage. Her Viaje Música concert series needed a dedicated digital home that matched the quality and intentionality of the performances themselves — not a generic events page, but a platform that could represent the artistic vision of the series, manage attendee registration across multiple concert editions, process payments securely, and communicate with ticket holders automatically. No such platform existed. Everything was handled manually.

The site reflects the artistic character of the work — the intersection of European classical music and African heritage that defines Temitope’s performances. It includes dedicated pages for each edition of the concert series, with registration and payment processing integrated directly into each. Outhbox built automated email sequences to handle all attendee communication: registration confirmations, event reminders, and post-event follow-up. The platform was built to handle repeat usage across multiple concert editions without requiring a rebuild for each new event.
