Do the prices shown include everything?
The prices shown are starting ranges based on typical project scope. Your final quote depends on the complexity, number of pages, integrations required, and ongoing support needed. Every project is scoped individually so you only pay for what you actually need.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (UK and Nigeria), Wise, and Stripe for card payments. For larger projects, we work on a milestone payment structure — typically a deposit to begin, with staged payments tied to delivery milestones.
Do you offer payment in Naira?
Yes. We have Nigeria pricing listed separately and can invoice in NGN. Projects for Nigeria-based clients are typically scoped under the Nigeria pricing tier shown above.
How long does a typical project take?
A standard business website takes 2–4 weeks from kick-off to launch. E-commerce and automation builds typically take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. Custom software is milestone-based and timelines are agreed upfront in the project scope.
What do you need from me to get started?
For websites: your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts if you have them), content (text and images), and a clear picture of what the site needs to do. We’ll guide you through anything you’re unsure about. For automation builds, we start with a workflow discovery session to map out what needs to happen.
Can you work with my existing platform or tools?
Yes. We don’t force a stack change. We work with Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom builds depending on what makes sense for your project. For automation, we work with Make, Zapier, n8n, and direct API integrations.
Do you build outside the UK and Nigeria?
Yes. We work with clients anywhere. Our primary markets are the UK and Nigeria, but we’ve delivered projects across both corridors and are open to international engagements.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Most clients take an ongoing support arrangement after launch. This covers platform monitoring, content updates, automation maintenance, and technical issue resolution. Automation support retainers start at £300/month (UK) or ₦150k/month (Nigeria).
What if something breaks after handover?
We stand behind our work. If something breaks due to our build within the first 30 days, we fix it at no charge. Beyond that, we offer support retainers to keep everything running. We don’t disappear after launch.
Can you work with NGOs and nonprofits?
Yes. We work with mission-driven organisations. If you’re an NGO or registered charity, reach out and we’ll discuss what’s possible within your budget.
